Terms, Conditions and Returns


When you place an order with us we will confirm a final price with you as part of the onscreen payment process, by email or over the telephone. Your acceptance of that final price, your agreement to go ahead with the order or our receipt of payment from you is confirmation that you wholly agree to these Terms and Conditions and are a customer of Brian Seedle Helicopters Ltd and are bound by this Agreement which is made under English law.

Although we will endeavour to get an item to you on the date we have advised to you because we use use one or more external delivery companies we cannot guarantee it. Any delivery dates given to you should only be used as a guideline. We cannot and do not guarantee any delivery dates.

All items must be paid for in full, in cleared funds before they will be dispatched to you unless otherwise approved by us by special arrangement. Unless otherwise agreed we only accept payment by credit or debit card, personal cheque, bankers draft, bank transfer or PayPal. In all cases funds must be cleared before any items will be dispatched to you.

If the item is large or over 10Kg in weight we will contact you with the shipping cost seperately and discount any monies paid through the store for shipping.  Collection can also be arranged by yourselves.

Brian Seedle Helicopters Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.

Returns policy

You can return any item for a refund less our delivery costs (and less 10% of the item's value in the event we had to order the item in for you) within 14 days of your receipt of it for any reason, so long as the item is returned to us in the condition in which it was sent to you with all the original packaging and you pay all return delivery costs.

Please retain all packaging for at least 28 days in case you do with to return an item for any reason.

If you need to return an item because it has arrived damaged you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item using the contact us page on this web site or by calling us on +44 (0)1253 342754. In the event of damage you may be asked to provide photographic evidence of any damage to the item or the container that it was dispatched to you in. You must not discard of the container or any packaging material.

Where we have to make a claim against a third party for the damage to any item that was dispatched to you, you wholly agree to assist us in the claim process and follow any instructions we may give you that will assist us in making a claim. For example we may need to make a claim against a delivery company if they break an item whilst it was in transit to you, if so you agree to assist us in making the claim.

Product claims

To the best of our knowledge the information presented on this web site about the products we sell is accurate, however because we do sometimes rely on our own suppliers to provide us with information and because typing mistakes and errors do sometimes happen - we cannot guarantee all the information on this web site. Photographs for most of our products are available and if for any reason something you buy from us is not to your requirements you have return it under our returns policy.
